Blue occurs as 1994 film which tells the story of the soldier whose frankness & his married woman's mental difficulties own processed him the pariah to the army.

It stars Jessica Lange, Tommy Lee Jones, Powers Boothe, Carrie Snodgress, Amy Locane and Chris O'Donnell.

Jessica Lange won a Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in the film.

A picture was completed within 1991, but due to the bankruptcy by the original studio, it sat on the shelf until 1994.
